I am a senior at Wright State University, completing my bachelor's degree in physics. I am an experienced teacher and tutor. Most recently, I have had the privilege of teaching college-level general physics labs. While instructing these classes, I increased my skills in both communication and education, and would like to keep developing these skills through tutoring.As a tutor, my goal is to help my students attain a true understanding of the subject we're working on together and to give them a sense of accomplishment. I encourage my students to develop new problem-solving techniques and to deepen their critical thinking skills, both of which are vital to students' future professional success, especially in technical and scientific fields. I am happy to help students in courses like physics, all levels of algebra, all levels of calculus, differential equations, linear algebra, and multivariable calculus. I can also help students with general math and science concepts. In my free time, I enjoy playing classic rock and blues guitar. I also love traveling, and have visited cities all across the U.S. in the past year.
